The oldest, continuously operating ski lodge in the country, Johnny Seesaw¿s is located next to Bromley Mt. Ski Area and Stratton Mt. This quaint, New England lodge was built in 1920 by Russian logger, Ivan Sesow. The place was notorious during prohibition for a variety of reasons. Around 1930, in one of his infamous card games, Sesow bet the lodge and lost. The Inn sat in disrepair until it was purchased and rehabilitated in 1938.
